Flubendazole inhibits STAT3 signaling pathway in a dose and time-dependent manner.(a) Cells were incubated with the flubendazole at different concentrations, as indicated, for 24 h, the cell lysates were prepared for western blot analysis to determine protein expression of P-STAT3, STAT3 and GAPDH, which was used as a loading control.
