Immunohistochemistry was performed on brain sections using an antibody to p-α-synuclein. The abundance of inclusions in these brain areas was rated on a scale from 0 to 3 (see Fig. S1), and the brain areas are listed in order of average score. Brains from nine independent mice were scored to obtain the average score.
