miR-1 reverses the multidrug resistance in gastric cancer cells. (A) miR-1 was upregulated following transfection of miR-1 mimics in SGC7901/VCR and SGC7901/ADM cell lines. miR-1 was downregulated following transfection of miR-1 inhibitor in SGC7901/VCR and SGC7901/ADM cell lines. (B) Half maximal inhibitory concentrations of ADM and VCR were significantly decreased when SGC7901/VCR and SGC7901/ADM cells were treated with miR-1.
