HCQ promotes the antitumor effects of BC001 in vitro. (A) HCQ inhibited BGC823 cell viability in a dose-dependent manner using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay; (B) HCQ enhanced the anti-proliferative effects of BC001 on BGC823 cells as determined with a Real-time cell analyzer System.
