Distinct chamber specificity of TTX versus KN93 with respect to conduction slowing. Plot of the average right ventricle and left ventricle (LV) conduction delays normalized to respective baseline values during pacing from the LV at a cycle length of 400 ms. When the effect of the 2 drugs is similar in the LV, it is vastly different in the RV.
