Migration defects of Apc2-deficient cerebellar granule cells. Wild-type and Apc2-deficient mice were labeled with BrdU at P10, and fixed after 24 (A), 72 (B), 120 (C), or 240 (D) h. Sagittal sections were immunostained with anti-BrdU (red) and anti-NeuN (green) antibodies. Quantification was performed by measuring the distribution of BrdU-labeled cells in the EGL, ML, and IGL in the cerebellum.
