Enhancement of medulloblastoma incidence in Patched1 heterozygous mice deprived of Tis21. Ptch1^+/−/Tis21^WT, Ptch1^+/−/Tis21^+/− and Ptch1^+/−/Tis21^KO mice, obtained by interbreeding for at least six generations the progeny of Patched1 heterozygous and Tis21 knock-out mice, were then monitored for the onset of medulloblastoma; p < 0.0001 vs Ptch1^+/−/Tis21^WT, χ² test (Table 1).
