Knockdown of N-BLR expression suppressed gastric cancer cell proliferation. AGS, MKN28, MKN45, and SNU719 cells were transfected with siN-BLR1, siN-BLR2, or scrambled RNA (siCT, 50 μM), and expression of N-BLR (A) and cell viability were measured by MTS assay in gastric cancer cell lines (B).
