Facilitation is not altered in hippocampal synapses of Fmr1 KO mice. A, B, PPR was measured at intervals from 7 to 3000 ms in Fmr1 KO mice and WT controls. Monoexponential fits to the data were used to determine the amplitude of facilitation and the decay time constant; both were not significantly different between WT and KO animals. n = 9 for WT; n = 15 for KO.
