The three measurements shown are NMDA-AMPA ratio, AMPA mEPSC amplitude, and initial slope of the firing rate–current (FI) curve. The numbers of animals are the same as in the previous figures. Horizontal error bars indicate the age ranges into which data have been grouped. Vertical error bars were computed by assuming that, when taking a ratio, uncertainties propagate in quadrature.
