(A) HeLa cells stably transduced with a non-targeting control shRNA (shCtrl) or TRIM56-specific shRNA (shT56) were infected by ZIKV MR766 strain at indicated MOIs for 72 h. ZIKV E and TRIM56 proteins were analyzed by immunoblotting. β-actin was used as a loading control. Data were representative of three independent experiments.
