(A and B) SK-N-SH cells stably transduced with empty vector (Bsr) or Flag-TRIM56 were infected by ZIKV MR766 strain at indicated MOIs for 72 h. Expression of ZIKV E, Flag-T56, and actin (loading control) proteins were determined by immunoblotting (A). Progeny virus production in culture supernatants was measured by TCID₅₀ assay (B).
