Immunohistochemistry for the active form of GSK3β in mouse brain tumor. The level of pGSK3β^Y216 was not affected by kenpaullone or TMZ alone while the combination therapy markedly decreased pGSK3β^Y216 in the tumor cells. Specimens of metastatic breast cancer were used as a positive control for immunostaining. Scale bar = 100 μm. Ctrl: tumor in a mouse treated with DMSO; KP: kenpaullone.
