Lidocaine inhibits the proliferation of retinoblastoma cells. Y79 cells were treated with control or lidocaine (50, 100, 500 or 1,000 µM). Cell Counting Kit-8 assays were performed at 0, 12, 24 and 48 h to determine the proliferation of Y79 cells.
