Lidocaine inhibits the proliferation and promotes the apoptosis of retinoblastoma cells via upregulation of miR-520a-3p. Y79 cells were transfected with NC or inhibitor for 24 h, and then treated with lidocaine or control for 24 h. (A) Proliferation of Y79 cells as determined by a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay.
