Cells were pretreated with 10 µM KU55993 (an ATM inhibitor), VE821 (an ATR inhibitor), NU7441 (a DNA–PKcs inhibitor), or vehicle control. After 30 min, HN2 (1–50 µM) was added to the cultures. Cell cycle analysis was assessed by flow cytometry using propidium iodide DNA staining 24 h after HN2 treatment. (A) Panels show representative cytograms from one of three independent experiments.
