Acute IV administration reveals accumulation of monocytes and lymphocytes surrounding vascular beds, but limited inflammation in subendothelial regions. In contrast, the hypercoagulation model led to aggressive inflammation throughout the parenchmya, with alterations to subendothelial structure lining vasculature.
