1.-Fruits and vegetables in every meal day
2.-Dairy products, preferably low fat: Every day
3.-Bread, Pasta or Rice: Every day
4.-Cereals and olive oils: Every day
5.-Nuts and olives: Every day
6.-Potatoes, White meat, Fish, Legumes and Eggs: Every week
7.-Reduced: Sweets, red and processed meat.
