Production of different reported secondary metabolites during boundary formation. Different reported secondary metabolites were produced significantly when the boundary formed compared to the both controls (DK1622-DK1622 and ΔMXAN_0049-ΔMXAN_0049), which indicated the possible role of secondary metabolites as one of the factors affecting the cells and the formation of the boundary.
