Phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan biosynthesis, KEGG Pathway ID: #mxa00400. When the boundary formed, the three aromatic amino acids, l-penylalanine, l-tyrosine, and l-tryptophan, biosynthesis also appeared. Chorismate is the common intermediary in the formation of all three aromatic amino acids. Green boxes represent the enzymes present when the boundary appeared, while red boxes represent enzymes missing in the boundary samples (Table S7) The red stars represent the enzymes missing in the non-boundary samples (DK166-DK1622). Pathway analysis was performed by using KOBAS v3.0 (KEGG Orthology Based Annotation System).
