Statistically significant inhibitions were observed for the flavones luteolin and apigenin, the flavonols fisetin and quercetin, the dibenzo-α-pyrone urolithin A and the stilbenoid resveratrol (n = 3–6), ** p < 0.01. The difference between the effects of luteolin and resveratrol was statistically significant as well, ## p < 0.01 (one-way ANOVA with Tukey HSD test).
