Neuroprotective effect of LD and SP6 against H₂O₂ in RA/PMA-differentiated SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells. The MTT reduction assay in differentiated and H₂O₂-lesioned SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells in the presence of LD and SP6. The cells were incubated with the compounds (1 µM) 24 h before and during a 24 h incubation period with increasing concentrations (25, 150, or 300 µM) of H₂O₂.
