A risk genotype (TT) is defined as a homozygous carrier of the risk allele (T) for both MS-associated IL2RA SNPs rs2104286 and rs11256593. A protective genotype (CC) is defined as a homozygous carrier of the protective allele (C) for both MS-associated IL2RA SNPs rs2104286 and rs11256593.
