Effects of TFEB on the inflammatory factors in the cell supernatant (A–C) and in the BALF (D–F). The overexpression of TFEB could reduce the expression of IL-1 and IL-6 and increase the expression of IL-10. The knockdown of TFEB expression could increase the expression of IL-1 and IL-6 and reduce the expression of IL-10.
