Classification of CGGA glioma patients based on lymphocyte and neutrophil signatures. A, RNAseq data of 325 glioma samples from CGGA dataset were clustered based on the signatures. In lymphocyte type (with high expression of lymphocyte signatures), grade II and III, oligodendroglioma and oligoastrocytoma, and IDH mutant samples were enriched, while GBM and IDH wild‐type samples were more likely to be clustered into neutrophil type.
