Expression IL-24 in Tumor Cells Infected with LX/IL-24
B16-F10 or Hepa-1/6 cells were irradiated with 150 Gy via a 60Go source and then incubated with LX/IL-24 or LX/RFP (100 HAU virus per 106 cells). After incubation for 24, 48, and 72 hr, the supernatants from (A) B16 and (B) Hepa-1/6 were collected and detected for the production of IL-24 by ELISA. The data shown are the representative of three experiments. The significance levels are marked *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01.
