Illustration of study workflow. T2-weighted MRI and non-contrast simulation CT scans were both acquired in the standard RT position and thirty-five ROIs were contoured on each scan by an expert radiation oncologist. MRI was then registered to CT by one of three DIR algorithms or by RIR, and performance metrics were calculated for the alignment of MRI contours and CT contours.
