Anti-ZIKV antibody responses in mice inoculated with ZIKBeHMR-2. Groups of BALB/c mice (n = 5) were inoculated with increasing doses of ZIKBeHMR-2 virus (log PFU). After priming, serum samples were collected weekly (week). In (A), pooled immune sera were tested for the presence of IgGs directed against the EDIII by indirect ELISA using ZIKV rEDIII as capture antigen. Anti-EDIII IgG titer values are presented as the mean (±SD) from at least two independent experiments. Statistical values are indicated. In (B), the pooled immune sera were tested for neutralizing activity against ZIKBeHMR-2 by PRNT₅₀. The values are presented as the mean (±SD) from at least two independent experiments.
