Humoral responses against M2e. Circulating levels of IgG, IgG1 and IgG2b measured on day 14, day 24 and day 38. Vaccine dose was 50 μg of VLP, injected s.c. Qβ(eRNA)-M2e induces significantly higher levels of antigen-specific IgG1 compared to the other vaccines (* p > 0.04) against VLP and M2.
