Specific attachment of anti-CD146 antibody-modified NBs to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). HUVECs were incubated with DiI-labeled NBs for 5 min. After incubation, the cells were washed and then treated with DAPI for nuclear staining. The treated cells were examined using a fluorescence microscope. Blue: DAPI fluorescence.
