Combined effect of Ag(PiCO), red polymorph, (A) or Ag(BTCO) (B) with Tobramycin on biofilm (BF) and planktonic (PL) growth of P. aeruginosa PAO1 and FRD1. Tobramycin was added at sub-inhibitory concentration of 0.25 µg/mL. Planktonic growth was measured by absorbance at 600 nm and biofilm growth was quantified by Crystal Violet Assay.
