Characterization of otulina and slc29a1a mutant phenotypes from crosses of otulina or slc29a1a mutant F0 females and WT males. Embryos did not develop at all. Embryos had a partially cellularized blastodisc that was sitting atop an enlarged syncytium (arrow in Fig. 4n)
