Area percentage of red pulp of spleens in group (III) (Olanzapine group) was significantly increased as compared to group (I) (control group). Group (IV) (Olanzapine and vitamin C) was significantly decreased as compared to group (III). The differences in area percentage of red pulp between the control group (I) and Vitamin C group (II) were not significant (p > 0.05).
