DNA absorbance was determined by Eppendorf BioSpectrometer® fluorescence. Quantification of DNA was assessed using the QubitTM dsDNA HS Assay Kit. Data are presented as mean ± SD of three biological replicates. Values with the same letter within a column are not statistically different (Duncan’s multiple range test, p < 0.05).
