The urea salt from solution B elutes as a cluster of peaks between 5–7 min in 10% acetonitrile with 0.1 % TFA, 90 % H2O with 0.1 % TFA. The absorbance was taken at 214 nm. Inserted image of the white powder is the lyophilized peptide corresponding to the Aβ(M1-42) fractions collected at 26 min.
