No difference between WT (n = 11) and QR2−/− (n = 9) mice was found. B, Long-term depression (induced by LFS: 1 Hz, 900 pulses) was examined in both young (top) and adult (bottom) WT (n = 5) and QR2−/− (n = 5) mice.
