The values (the mean ± SEM) based on the Scatchard plot analyses were obtained from 7–8 independent experiments. Bmax and KD were determined by fitting the data to a one-site binding model using nonlinear regression. The values of two-way ANOVA in the Bmax and KD values are F(1,26) = 2.02 and F(1,26) = 1.45, respectively.
