B, HA-tagged PP2Ac was detected in single clones using HA antibodies and PP2Ac antibodies. 10 of 12 clones were homozygous knockins. Clone #10 is heterozygous for the tag. C, HBTH-PP2Ac was detected in single cell clones using RGS6H antibodies to recognize the RGSHis₆ epitope, which is part of the tag. All analyzed clones were tagged on both alleles.
