Confirmation of H1 in Human Tears using    Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The MRM was operated in the positive ion mode monitoring the 704.9–931.0 m/z transitions for H1 to identify the presence of H1 in saliva, tears and a positive control solution containing synthetic H1. Shown are representative results of MRM testing of tears of two normal (non DED) patients. Similar results were found with MRM testing in three separate experiments.
