Table 1.

Values for the bimolecular recombination coefficients in units of cm3 s−1 of CH3NH3PbI3 from the literature taken from [30]. Here, kext is the externally measured bimolecular recombination coefficient, krad is the radiative recombination coefficient obtained after correcting for photon recycling and knon is any non-radiative contribution to the bimolecular recombination coefficient observed. In case of the data from Crothers et al. [31], the range for kext is caused by a range of sample thicknesses that lead to a unique value of krad if photon recycling is taken into account.
