Hypovirus infection and rapamycin treatment resulted in the accumulation of autophagosome-like vesicle. (A) Transmission electron micrographs of the hyphae. The hypha morphology of EP155 and EP155/CHV1-EP713 did not show apparent distinction. However, the intracellular structure of EP155/CHV1-EP713 showed much more membrane structures.
