Nobiletin suppresses the proliferation of renal cancer cells. ACHN (A) and Caki-2 (B) renal carcinoma cells were treated with different concentrations of nobiletin for 24 h, and then the inhibition rates were examined. ACHN (C) and Caki-2 (D) cells were treated with different concentrations of nobiletin for 12, 24, and 48 h, and then the inhibition rates were examined. Colony-formation assay of ACHN cells (E) and the number of colonies are shown in the graph (F). Colony-formation assay of Caki-2 cells (G) and the number of colonies are shown in the graph (H).
