Nobiletin significantly inhibits xenografted tumor proliferation in nude mice (n = 4). ACHN cells were implanted subcutaneously into nude mice. The nude mice were then treated with or without nobiletin. Images were taken using a fluorescence microscope (×400 magnification). (A, B) The tumors were harvested and weighed. (C) Tumor volume was measured and compared. (D, F) TUNEL staining was conducted to determine the levels of apoptosis.
