Figure 1. Characterization of BM-MSCs. BM-MSCs were isolated from A366-treated and control rats were assessed at P3. BM-MSCs isolated from both groups grew up as adherent cells with fibroblastic morphology. They had potential to differentiate to osteocytes, chondrocytes and adipocytes as determined by Alizarin Red, Toluidine Blue and Oil Red staining, respectively. They also were positive for CD73, CD90, and negative for the hematopoietic markers CD45.
