DNMT3a promotes the proliferation in PDAC cells. (A) PANC-1 and SW1990 cells were transfected with siRNA DNMT3a for 48 and 72 hrs. The expression levels of DNMT3a protein were confirmed by Western blotting. (B) The MTT assays showed that DNMT3a knockdown restrained proliferation of PDAC cells. (C) The colony formation ability of PANC-1 and SW1990 cells was significantly depressed after DNMT3a knockdown in vitro. *P<0.05 vs parental cells with siRNA NC treatment; **P<0.01 vs parental cells with siRNA NC treatment.
