The IC₅₀ (µM) values of synthetic compounds against mushroom tyrosinase. L-DOPA was used as substrate and concentrations of synthetic compounds were 10, 30, 60, 100 µM. Absorbance of the reaction was taken at 490 nm. (IC₅₀: 2d>1c>2b>2c>1b>2e>2a>1e>kojic acid>1a>1d).
