EMT induced by TGFβ2 in LECs was suppressed after treated with THZ1. (A) After co-treated LECs with TGFβ2 (10ng/ml) and THZ1 (0, 50, 100, 200, 400nM) or DMSO for 24 hour, the mRNA expression level of mesenchymal makers include Fibronectin, ZEB1, SMA, Collagen IV, N-cadherin, SNAI1 were examined by RT-PCR. Results were normalized to GAPDH. Protein level of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, ɑ-SMA, ZO-1, Fibronectin were detected by western blot with GAPDH and β-Tubulin as the internal control (B and D).
