Downregulation of AHNAK inhibits PDAC cell proliferation and migration. A: AHNAK mRNA expression was suppressed by siRNA. Both qPCR and western blotting analyses showed downregulation of AHNAK in PANC-1 and AsPC-1 cells. B: The CCK-8 assay showed that AHNAK deficiency dramatically inhibited the proliferative ability of PDAC cells. C and D: The colony plating assays also suggested AHNAK knockdown inhibited the proliferation of PDAC cells, with statistical significance in PANC-1. E and F: Transwell assays showed a reduction of the migration ability in PDAC cells once the AHNAK was inhibited, with statistical significance.
