Notes: (A) Cells were cultured under either normoxic or hypoxic conditions to 80% confluence. Then, cells were exposed to 4 Gy of X-radiation and cultured for another 6 hrs. The cells were trypsinized and cell cycle distribution was determined by PI staining and flow cytometric analysis of DNA contents.
