miR-214 upon overexpression in SCLCs enhances the therapeutic outcomes of SCLCs in PNR and the functional recovery of sciatic nerve injury. Rats were divided into three groups, rats without treatment (control group), rats with sciatic nerve injury and with transplantation of SCLCs (SCLC group) or miR-214-overexpressed SCLCs into the injured site.
